CANCELLATION POLICY
Services are reserved for you personally. If you fail to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. *In the event that a minor is receiving services at Lash Levity, the card on the minors profile will be charged.
